Transfer rates 2011 – 2012
For those wishing to travel to the various Game reserves and other destination in and around Port Elizabeth we have designed an easy to use listing of the rates for the different transfers. If the destination you wish to travel to does not appear here, please do not hesitate to make contact with us for the correct rate.
The 2011-2012 rates for the local Game reserves (Eastern Cape) are as follows:
1.) Port Elizabeth to Kwandwe. Kwandwe to Port Elizabeth Per vehicle. One way. R1450.00
2.) Port Elizabeth to Gorah Elephant Camp. Gorah Elephant camp to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way. R1000.00
3.) Port Elizabeth to Pumba Game reserve to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way. R1290.00
4.) Port Elizabeth to Shamwari (Eagles Crag + Riverdene). Shamwari (Eagles Crag + Riverdene) to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way. R1000.00
5.) Port Elizabeth to Shamwari (Lobengula + Bayete). Shamwari (Lobengula + Bayete) to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way. R1250.00
6.) Port Elizabeth to Addo Main camp. Addo Main camp to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way. R1000.00
7.) Port Elizabeth to Addo Matyholweni camp. Addo Matyholweni camp to Port Elizabeth. Per vehicle. One way R790.00.

Please note that the above is quoted on the Toyota condor vehicle, a seven seater. We will only take a maximum of 4 passengers in this vehicle. If we need to take a trailer it will be an extra R150.00 on each leg.
For larger groups it will be necessary to give me prior notice to enable me to source the correct vehicle to convey the clients.
Although I use the Toyota Condor for my transfers I will upon occasion out source these transfers, where similar vehicles will be used.
All vehicles carry the correct and current license requirements and our drivers all carry valid PDP (Public Drivers Permits) licenses
SATIB insurance company covers our passenger liability.
Our rates include an English speaking driver/guide, guides lunch and fuel. All vehicles are fully permitted and comply with the department of transport requirements with comprhensive passenger liability.
Bottled drinking water will be supplied on each transfer.
We use qualified guides, each with a first aid qualification, with a complete first aid box in each vehicle.
Topical and current conversation including aspects of the historical and cultural information on South Africa both past and present are provided on the transfer, supporting and promoting South Africa and the Eastern Cape en-route.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. While all rates on confirmed bookings will be held as at the time of confirmation..
The Service:
Our service includes the picking up of the clients at their place of residence in Port Elizabeth or from the Port Elizabeth airport when they will be transfered to any one of the lodges as specified where they will be delivered, with their luggage at their accommodation or as close to this accommodation as is possible.
Our sevice will include the picking up of the clients at their accommodation on the reserve or at the reception of the particular lodge, as the case maybe, together with their luggage when they will be transferred to their place of accommodation in Port Elizabeth or deliverd to the Port Elizabeth airport.
Should the clients require a transfer to an alternative destination other than Port Elizabeth, a seperate quote will be submitted to accommodate the specific requirements of such a transfer.
Reservations:
A reservation is only confirmed on receipt of full payment prior to commencemnet of the transfer.
Cancellations:
Individual reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100 % of the quoted
service if cancellation occurs within 6 (six) business hours or recorded as a no-show from the time of the commencement of the service.
Group reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire quoted service if the reservation is cancelled 7 (seven) business days (defined as Monday toFriday) of the commencement of services.
Please note that with prior warning larger groups can be accommodated. Prices on request.
