Terms & Conditions for transfers
Please note that the above is quoted on a VW Transporter 4 motion, a seven seater, or similar vehicle.
For larger groups it will be necessary to give us prior notice to enable us to source the correct vehicle to convey the clients.
All vehicles carry the correct and current license requirements and our drivers all carry valid PDP (Public Drivers Permits) licenses
SATIB insurance company covers our passenger liability.
Our rates include driver and fuel. All vehicles are fully permitted and comply with the department of transport requirements with comprehensive passenger liability.
Bottled drinking water will be supplied on each transfer.
We use qualified drivers, each with a first aid qualification, with a complete first aid box in each vehicle.
A reservation is only confirmed on receipt of full payment prior to commencement of the transfer.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. While all rates on confirmed bookings will be held as at the time of confirmation. Extra cost for luggage trailer, see above.
The rates are quoted for the transfers during normal office hours from 07h00 - 18h00
Transfers outside this time will attract an 40% after-hour charge.
Our service will include the picking up of the clients at their place of residence in Port Elizabeth, accommodation on the reserve or at the reception of the particular lodge, as the case maybe, together with their luggage when they will be transferred to their place of accommodation in Port Elizabeth or deliverd to the Port Elizabeth airport.
Should the clients require a transfer to an alternative destination other than Port Elizabeth, a seperate quote will be submitted to accommodate the specific requirements of such a transfer.
Individual reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted service if cancellation occurs within 12 hours or recorded as a no-show from the time of the commencement of the service.
Group reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire quoted service if the reservation is cancelled 7 business days (defined as Monday to Friday) of the commencement of services.
