Geoff. 12 February 2019
We were met at the dock by Alan to take us on our tour of the Addo Reserve.
We had no idea what to expect really except we were going to see Elephants. Alan exploded that expectation into something fabulous.
We were amazed at the variety of different animals in the reserve and how close we were to them.
Alan had a good sense of humour, there was a Zebra lying on the road and my wife said (thinking it was hurt ) why is that Zebra lying on the road. Alan just said perhaps it's tired.
We parked right next to it amongst about a dozen others.
The unfortunate part of the day was the heat. It was 48 degrees Celsius and by Lunch time my wife wasn't feeling to good so after lunch we asked Alan to head back.
We missed out on seeing any lions which was unfortunate but we got some great shots of all the other animals and Alan also takes his camera and is an expert photographer and sent us some photos when we got home. Thanks Alan and Angelic.
